Returns & Exchange Policy

The provision of goods and services by Theatreland is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Theatreland will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee.You can exchange or return your purchase within 30-days of delivery, completely free of charge. Return shipping is covered by Theatreland.

Unwanted non-defective product we require the following conditions to be met:

Returned within 30-days of the product(s) being delivered Undamaged and unused and sealed in its original packaging, the packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition

Once we have received your returned product and the above criteria are met, your account will be credited, unless you requested a replacement or an exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Product 

Theatreland checks all items prior to dispatch. In the event you receive a product that has a defect or fault..,

Notify Theatreland immediately via email to stating the order number, the item that is faulty and the fault. Theatreland will organize to have the faulty item returned at no cost to you and replace the faulty item.

Should it be found that the product is NOT defective or damaged, you will NOT be entitled to any replacement or credit and will be liable for the costs incurred in having the product returned, and then re-delivered to you.

 Should a replacement product not be available, we will supply an equivalent product or credit your account.

Out Of Stock

We only allow ordering of product we have in stock, the site will display "out of Stock" for a product that is temporally out of stock. This system ensures that you are ordering current stock that you will receive timorously.

Although our stock availability is constantly updated it is possible that multiple orders are placed for a product or as in the event of an exchange or replacement the item required is now out of stock.

 Should an order be placed on a product and we do run out of stock, your order can be placed on back order or an alternative product can be ordered. We will contact you via email to offer an alternative or credit your account.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R150.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
